Samsung - Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra - 14.6" 1TB - Wi-Fi - with S-Pen - Graphite

I received this tablet a few weeks ago and had some time to play with it. Coming from the Google Pixel tablet, the Tab S9 Ultra is a beast. Sometimes it feels comical to sit an use this tablet as it looks like I'm using a monitor on my lap. The large display is sharp and vibrant with a thin bezel wrapped around it. The speakers are sound great with some good lows, better than a few laptops I've used. I used the tablet for 8 hrs straight and still had 55% left to help out my step daughter with her geography homework.

While boasting impressive specifications, ultimately fails to justify its exorbitant price. Performance is underwhelming, with frequent lag during multitasking, and the battery life is a big disappointment. No charger. The design is generic, lacking the premium feel expected at this price point. Competing devices offer better features and value, making this tablet a regrettable investment for most consumers.

I had a fairly recent iPad pro, but made the phone switch to the Z Fold 6. After that my wife asked if I had considered the Samsung tablets. She was considering a new iPad, but encouraged to get a Samsung tab and then she would take my iPad. I have to say I love the Tab S9 Ultra! I'm so glad she gave me a little push. I find the extra size works perfectly for my use case. But compared side to side, the larger S9 Ultra also feels lighter than the iPad pro - perfect for when I'm on the go.

To be honest I was heasitant to buy it because of its size. However I use it for school and pretty much as a laptop, it is fast, DEX is probably the best feature and I love the size of the screen because I can have like 100 popping tabs on it and I does not feel cramped. It works just perfect for me.

Upgraded from galaxy tab s7 and screen size has certainly made reading course materials easier. Samsung notes also allows convenient pdf templates to help me with isometric illustrations. Also cloud base apps to connect to PC including citrix workspace is also compatible with samsung book keyboard and mouse
