I really like this phone. It runs good most of the time, is easy to use and has quite a few features. I have had mine for a little over a year now. It's wearing down but still runs ok. It shuts down on me sometimes and can be slow at times, but I've also had it a year and have used it ALOT. The only thing I wish it had is more internal memory, I can't have more than a few apps an no games at all. I can't save half of my 'downloaded' apps onto my sd card and I can't update my apps because there's not enough memory. Overall though it's been a good phone in other ways!

Basically, it started out great. I loved it. I love the keyboard, still do. Unfortunately, the performance has gone downhill since I purchased it. Like any other person, I have dropped it a couple times. Nothing too major, just the occasional slipping out of pocket or hand, or sliding off the bed. But it obviously is sensitive. The lock/power button doesn't work anymore, which is probably due to user damage, so I'm not complaining. The battery, though, has become basically unusable. I've had the phone for about a year, and a few months ago, it started to randomly shut off, and sometimes randomly shut off and restart on its own. It would do this for a whole day or two, then it would go back to normal and be fine. It was bearable until about a month ago, when this became a constant thing. But instead of just restarting, the battery woud just "die." Now I say "die" because there is no possible way the battery was actually dead. I would charge it every night while I sleep and, by lunch the next day, it would die. A couple weeks ago, it got even worse and decided to "die" within 20 minutes of being disconnected from charging, despite its Fully Charged message display. I had the carrier service center hard reset it, which was to fix it, but by the time I got home, it was back to its old ways. The battery will go from 99% to "2% or less" within seconds. Maybe it's defective, but I wouldn't recommend it. It was good for 6 months. It's a shame that most carriers have a 2yr contract. Now I have to deal with this phone for another 364 days until my upgrade is avaiable. It was good when it worked though.

Got 3 of these phone for my family and I've regretted the decision. I bought it thinking I was getting a good product for a good price but it turns out you really do get what you pay for. The phone is ok for a first time smartphone user but after a few months you begin to see the inadaquacies. The phone has less than half the storage of its competitors so even with a memory card, you can only have a few selected apps (some apps like Facebook & other games work horribly on this device). I've had to delete apps on a regular basis just to keep the phone from shutting down 2-3 times per day. When it shuts down it frequently forgets some of your settings so you have to reset them multiple times per day. Please don't buy!

The value and the design of the phone is good, but the phone keeps dropping calls. At first I thought it was the service provider, but another person has the same service provider and his calls never drop while we are at home. It has to be the phone. If the phone looks good, but you can't use it, what's the use of having it.
