This phone is absolutely the best basic phone out there. I've had allot of different phones and this by far the best made phone. It will be a sad day when Samsung stops making this phone. My son has had his solstice for 4 yrs now and he's hard on phones and it still works like the day we bought it. Very happy with this phone and I'm sure you will be as well.

If you are looking to replace a smartphone, you will be very disappointed. The 3G on this phone is very slow and no Wi-Fi capability. So, you are stuck waiting indefinitely to get from one web page to another. Spend another few dollars and get a smartphone with a universal USB plug as well. I returned it to the store.
