[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher looks elegant with its touchscreen control panel. However this touchscreen has a major flaw. In just under 2 years of purchase the touchscreen of my dishwasher stopped working. Samsung charged me same amount of money that I had paid for the dishwasher itself to replace the touchscreen. The warranty was only for 1 year. They said it was due to the water getting in the touch screen. The dishwasher opens after the cycle is complete due to its auto release function so of course the vapors will enter the control panel. This is a major design flaw!! I am disappointed with my purchase. If I had known the price of repair would surpass my purchase price, I would have bought a dishwasher from a different company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 44 months of use coating on dish racks coming off revealing rust. Now the main computer board is bad and the settings panel is dead, no power.

We've had this dishwasher 3 years and it's been nothing but problems. It started with the unit leaking water within the first 6 months. Next were issues with the control panel on top, it wouldn't recognize a touch and we had to unplug unit and plug it back it to work. Now it doesn't even turn on. 3 years old and I'm looking at replacing the unit.

At just over 3 years old (October 2020) my dishwasher is dead. $700+ for parts and labor to repair a cracked pan and blown motor. I can buy a new Bosch for that price! Mind you, this is AFTER already spending $500 to repair the main board in 2023. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance, as I've had issues with 4/4 (microwave (spring broke in door), oven (starter replaced) and fridge (ice maker died). Yes, they're pretty, but that's it.
