Samsung Stratosphere II i415 Black Verizon Wireless

This phone worked great for about nine months. After that, it went downhill. The worst problem is the charge port on the phone stopped working at nine months. I have insurance so I was lucky enough to get replacements but in months 12 +. I am currently on my 3-4 th phone all with the same charge port problem. I have had to get it replaced so many times that I have lost count on how many I have actually received. If you buy this phone, GET THE INSURANCE.

Had two of these phones over the course of two years. Both have developed the same problem with the usb connector causing a problem and inconvenience with and or inability to charge. Happy I have an extra battery as it would be useless with out it. A real battery drainer too. When you disable the Google apps to extend battery life your constantly annoyed with beeps and pop ups to have them enabled again. Would never get another Galaxy Stratosphere

My husband requires a pullout keyboard. He doesn't replace his phones very often. He really likes this phone. He has been happy with it, and he has had it for 7 months.

this was a good phone to transition from my blackberry to a smartphone. i was used to having a keyboard to type on. works fairly well but have had problems with it locking up. the only way that i could resolve this was to remove the battery.

My phone is excellent it has plenty of storage space and great features. I also have a Samsung smart TV that I highly recommend!
