This is the best tasting packaged chorizo that I've found. It's also not mostly fat like other brands. Highly recommend!
Moldy with hairs disgusting
All natural ingredients. No nitrates. Excellent flavor.
This brand has the best flavor so far. More traditional and authentic to the old fashioned chorizo we grew up with in South Texas. It's a tad greasy, nowhere like the others. You can rinse it and continue cooking and it doesn't mess with the flavor like other brands. Less chunks of fat as well.
