This product is really easy to use although there are some problems with it that need to be known. The first night that I got this product I was syncing files to the player and when I was done I unhooked the product and tried to turn it on, but it wouldn't mainly this was my fault because a few days previously my old mp3 player died and I had had to hold the power button on but on this one you don't so i was confused and I mistook it for my own fault and that i had broken it already. However it has happened again and this last time it was very difficult to turn back on and i had to wait for TWO hours to turn it back on and by the time that that was over I was ready to chuck it but I couldn't because of my family. The next problem that i had was with the headphones breaking. Buy your own pair of headphones because these WILL break in a matter of days. You can download songs but instead of just transferring songs from my computer to the player i have to plug in a storage stick and then put it on my player. But i have gotten used to this and it has become semi easy now. Other than these obvious faults everything has worked perfectly and I love this mp3 player more than any other that i have received as a gift.

This is an awesome mp3 player. You can't beat the quality, especially for the price. This is seriously a much better value than any other player out there. The capability to rip and play .wav files makes your music sound incredible. There are so many features on this tiny, high quality mp3 player. The included software is a piece of cake to use. The headphones are even nice. I do replace mine with a separate pair of in-ear sports headphones when running, though. Definitely worth all 5 STARS!

When I saw the price of this player versus that of the Ipod I was a bit skeptical. That was until I got it, and as of now I'm very satisfied. I've even had some of my friends who have Ipods try to make trades with me. If you want a great player for under $100 go with this and you won't be disappointed.

I wanted an ipod but I did not want to spend the money. So, I did alot of searching for months and was recommended to check out SanDisk's. I did and after weeks of reviewing their products, I purchased this model. I am very very pleased with it. I bought some acessories that work great with it and could not be happier. As of today, I have not had any problems. But if you have or want to know of any problems, a quick search online will provide you with useful help.

Taking into accout that I'm totally new to the MP3 experience, I am finding it quite frustrating to transfer music from my pc into it! It doesn't let you see what you are loading while conected to the pc, and it's not compatible with all of the online music subscription sites, but I'm sure once I have more time to get it figured out, that it will probably be totally awesome. It sounds great, & I love the design, & the excellent extra features it has, such as the voice recorder & the FM radio. And the compact size is perfect for someone whose always on the go!
