Sauder Select Summer Home Engineered Wood Pantry in Carolina Oak

I ordered this cabinet for extra storage of drug store items and infrequently used items. I had a white cabinet but it proved too small. the construction is very good and proves to be sturdy and heavy enough for it's purpose. Wood grain is very pretty and goes beautiful with new wood floors. Holds much more than old cabinet and will prove to be handy. Wish this had a right or left door open option. Will manage with right. Plan on attaching a lock to keep little ones safe. Magnet closure is adequate. This is one of the better Sauder purchases I have made over many years. It was delivered to my door in 2 days even though it was supposed to arrive in 5. Thanks Walmart!

Overall it took about 3 hours to assemble over the course of a day in between other chores. Received many positive remarks over Thanksgiving dinner, as it was placed in our dining room for storage of ceramics that were cluttered on a food tray for years. Nice appearance and plenty of storage within. Good fit on all pieces during assembly.

Very nice storage cabinet-nice quality unit with durable storage shelves. Perfect for can-goods pantry-was surprised with the amount of storage it provides. My son assembled the unit in about 30 minutes. The Carolina Oak is a nice, medium rich oak color-perhaps a touch darker than is shown in the picture. Am very satisfied with my purchase.

I am pleased with my purchase. Not to bad to assemble and looks great in my bathroom. All the parts were there and the finish was unblemished. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget needing some extra space in any room.

I had a mission and an expectation. Both were met with a couple of tweaks. I left the door off, even though I loved the door, to view all my recently canned garden vegetables and pickles. The only part I was disappointed in is that the stiles, once placed into the 'cams' did not hold. I have worked carpentry and woodworking since a young child so this is not new to me. I put the pantry together myself each night after work for a few minutes. But the side decorative stiles didn't stay secured even after tightening. I place small, non descript nails into the sides to hold them in place. Can't see the nails at all. Very sturdy and nice looking. Packaging was superb!! A little pricey but I needed this for display. Price could be dropped 10-15.
