Sauder Cottage Home Computer Desk, Bishop Pine Finish

I was disappointed with the advertised item - listed as "wood" for material. Husband said "maybe it sat next to real wood".Received a pressboard/laminate product - four of the pieces where damaged right out of the box, as was the desk top (we didn't notice at first and didn't replace). Called Sauder - got immediate (3day) replacement parts and one fastner. Husband had to glue some pieces together that manufacturing forgot to glue. Instructions slightly confusing. I think $300 plus is a lot for this item. Looks OK for now, hope it lasts.

This desk is definitely built to last. I love it. It is big, strong and sturdy (very heavy but definitely worth it). The only disappointment was that there are no regular size drawers for storage. Both drawers are for file folders.

The desks are what we expected. They are heavy as lead. Definively a two person setup but if you follow the 16 pages of instructions it works. Nice looking. we got two and are completely satisfied.

This desk is nice looking and very large with plenty of leg room. It has an expensive look. It doesn't have any drawers just two file drawers so keep that in mind. I love that it is made in America!

We just love this desk.....it only took just a little over 3 hours (just follow the directions) to put it together. All of the parts were there, too. Great merchandise and I would recommend it to anyone.
