absolutely love this product, I purchased this because my car seems to be draining for unknown reason. You cant beat the price and the features. Starts the car up no problem and the battery lasts very long. Gone are the days of looking for a boost. I also use it to pump up basketballs and car tires.

Only used it as a portable energy source for tv at a tailgate. Worked well. Very convenient to have both 12 v and 120 volt plugs. I like it. Only gets 4 stars because I have not tried it out as a battery boast. But it should be great.

My friend bought this a few years back and after seeing all the things it can do it was a no brainer to purchase one for myself. Be aware of other brands of jump starters that will lock you out after a few jumps forcing you into recharging the unit and not allowing you to use any of the other function available. My truck battery died because the lights were left on and this got me back up and going. I have used it a number of times and the battery readout still says full, so it has lots of power. I also helped a customer refill a flat tire so they could get to a garage to have a repair done. I also plan on taking it camping with me. Super useful. Strongly recommend.

Dead upon arrival (ERR02)... online states this is a battery issue; box was dated 2019, yet the manufacturer states prolonged storage with no charging is detrimental to the unit.
