I picked up this elliptical because it was affordable and a well known "brand". Just had my second kid and I work full time from home and I just do not have time to go to the gym, and I can't leave 2 kids at home to get a run in around the neighborhood (and my kids HATE being put in the stroller!!!). It is very convenient to get a work out in before they wake up or on nap time. It's quiet, durable, and well designed. I leave it on level 4 so I feel some resistance to get a great work out (level one just feels weird to me). The stride length is perfect for the forward stride, the reverse stride feels "funky". I have been looking for an elliptical for way too long and I am very happy I nipped it in the butt and picked this one up.

Assembly was straight forward and pretty easy, although I would say some of the pieces were tough to put into place and may require a man. The product itself has run good over the first few weeks I have had it. The max resistant is the perfect setting for me (equivalent to about 15 resistance for commercial elliptical at gym). Mine is on carpet, on the 2nd floor of an apartment, and it is stable. So I dont feel those under me are disturbed. The stride took me off guard at first (shorter than usual) but I adjusted quickly. The bottom line is I work up a sweat and feel like I get a good workout out of this.

Purchased this elliptical trainer recently and have used it every day for the past two weeks. It was super easy to assemble and runs perfect - no squeaks so far. I also bought the AC charger instead of using D batteries. I love the fact that it is a better workout than my treadmill and use lots of leg and arm muscles.

This elliptical turned out to be just what I was looking for, for a good price...I didn't work out much prior to having this, so it's great for beginners, intermediates, or people who are just looking for a little extra easy cardio. It's durable, hardly wobbles, and is almost easily moved around. It's fun to use, and gives a good workout that engages your entire body. Now, here are some downsides...although it was fairly easy to put together, the box it comes in is extremely heavy, (over 100lbs) and it was tough for me to drag it from my driveway into my house. Some of the washers didn't fit, and I had to switch em around with other sets to get the right fit. One of the screws for the pedal was missing from the package, and now said pedal squeaks loudly when I'm on it. The screen is hard to read, because it's not bright. The fan works, but there is basically no airflow coming out of it. Also, when the resistance changes, it doesn't make that much of a difference, but I haven't pushed it to its highest setting yet. Overall, I'm happy I purchased this machine. I'm a single mom who doesn't like going to the gym because it takes away from time with my child. With this, my toddler can play right where I can see him while I'm working out, and I can interact with him while doing so. I jump on this once a day for 30 minutes, and I feel great! Would definitely recommend; as long as it lasts, we'll see!

This machine is surprisingly sturdy. I weighed 250 when I first started using it (which is close to its max capacity) and it felt solid while i used it. The ride is very smooth. It started off really quiet but after a couple wks of use it squeaks but its not too bad, I really cant hear it with my headphones in. The fan is useless, it doesnt blow enough air so i just dont use it. The display light is weak so i would recommend getting a booklight for it. Im convinced the calorie counter on it isn't accurate. So basically the display is good for time, speed, and distance; the fan is weak and the puls and calorie count are not accurate. I get a great workout everytime i use it tho. I bought a golds gym one of similar price and it was so unsturdy and noisy that i had to take it apart the very next day and return it but this ones design is much better! It definitely has its flaws, as i mentioned, but nothing that affects its ability to give a great workout. Compared to other ellipticals in its price range, definitely a top contender!
