I used both this and Philips Cassette Adapter. In Scosche iPod Universal Cassette Adapter the sounds are more loud and digitally correct. But with Philips the sound quality is average to poor. The 3.5mm jack need to be of good quality because after using a long while (1 year) it may not work properly. But I think any cassette adapter may not be for whole life.
The sound is not perfect - but that is to be expected. I have had this for a few months now and have had no problems with it. The bonus charger is great too! It works with my iPod and my smartphone!
It works exactly as it is supposed to. You can plug it in and forget about it, like what should happen. I use it with my Sanyo MP3 playerm and it works great. So far, I have never used the USB charger, though.
Waste of time. Did not work in a 2002 Mazda Millenia CD/Cassette player. Just clicked around and spit it back out.
