Scotch® Wrinkle Free Glue Stick, .27 oz, 5-Pack

Best thing I've found so far for collages; as others have noted, it does get a little stringy and messy if you're impatient, but it holds really well and is wrinkle free. I'd love to see the disappearing purple feature added to it so you can see exactly where you're gluing.

I thought I would try this brand because of the "wrinkle-free" and "no clump formula" it offers. Well, after persevering with the first stick, I just gave up because it does clump, in big stringy and messy chunks. The chunks are difficult to remove from the paper you're trying to stick because your fingers get gluey and it all ends up a mess, and as a consequence, makes your glued-down surface lumpy. It's a bit like working with chewed chewing gum all stretched out and getting stuck on everything it comes into contact with. Messy, messy, messy! I got loads of sticky strings all over my work surface and fingers and messed up quite a bit of the ephemera I was working with! I'm not a happy crafter and will not recommend this product.

our Crafters club are making several projects for a craft fair and we are using the wrinkle free glue especially for paper on books, it sticks beautifully but use it quickly, use a bone folder on top of paper for a smooth finish and let it dry for an hour underneath a heavy book you will love the results!

These glue sticks makes paper crafting easy and mess free! I love using these glue stick for making homemade Christmas, Birthday and Thank You cards. It's also acid-free which is great for scrapbooks too! For my crafty friend, I also included these Scotch Brand wrinkle-free glue sticks into her Christmas gift bag. In her gift bag I also included Scotch Brand Multi-Purpose Scissors and assorted Scotch Brand Tapes so that we can craft together and that way she wouldn't have to keep borrowing my supplies (which she did all the time). Now we each have our own! :0)

I bought a Scotch Wrinkle Free glue stick. It was premium priced and I thought I was buying a high performance product. Wrong! It worked no better than other glue sticks. and now, after about a month in desk drawer its turned into a stringy gooey unusable mess. This is a poor product.
