Super glue is only useful for gluing skin together while holding tiny parts that the "precision tip" has totally inundated with glue.

I was on a Plumbing job when one of my colleagues accidentally hit me in the head with a piece of pipe cutting my head open. Inside this kit was a bottle of Super Glue I have used before to close minor scrapes. While looking in the Mirror I carefully glued the skin back together enough to almost stop the bleeding. This made it possible for me to finish the job at hand fixing a home flooding saving the home owner thousands of dollars in damage. When I arrived at the hospital that evening the nurse thought what I had done was brilliant and made the job of 23 stitches even easier for them.
