Scotchgard Fabric Protector

Just purchased a pushback recliner from Wal-Mart. Very nice material. Looks like faux leather, but it is mainly polyester material. Tested for color fast on an area under chair. No color wiped off onto white cloth after immediate heavy spray applied. Just finished heavy single coat on the chair from top to bottom. Did it outside on patio because of odor of spray. Do Not use product in your house without good ventilation. You will cause yourself health issues. Worked great. Needed 2 full cans and it took about 2 1/2 hrs to dry. Checked it after dry time. Used several drops of water. They beaded and wiped off with no stains or bad side effects. A++++ results.

We sprayed the protector to keep from having spills absorbed. I couldn't tell the difference from where it was sprayed and not sprayed.

After installing two new car seats, I sprayed them twice using 1 can of spray. A couple of days later, I got caught with the top down in pouring rain. The interior of the car was totally wet, be the water of the cloth seats "beaded" up and was easily wiped off. I think this is a good product and will protect my seats for many months.

Great product. Keeps liquid spills from soaking into the fabric until you can wipe them up. Keeps our outdoor furniture from sun fading.

Works great but has a horrible smell so make sure work area is well ventilated.
