To start, the mattress didn't even come with a label — no brand, no specs, nothing. That was the first red flag. The edges are extremely soft, like a pillow, and the firmness is nonexistent. It sinks in the center, even after rotating it, and we've had it for less than a month. Honestly, it feels like I ended up with a cheap Temu mattress by mistake. As bad as the mattress is, the return process has been even worse. I've been dealing with it for almost a month now, and there's still no resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this mattress or seller to anyone.
I originally purchased the DreamCloud Premier Hybrid mattress and hated it. It was way to firm. This mattress is perfect. It soft but not to soft. Out of all the mattress I tried, this one has been great. I definitely would recommend this mattress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blown away by the quality and comfort of the mattress! It has good height and I felt so relaxed when i slept on the bed! It holds the shape well. It doesn't sink in too much. My back usually hurts in the morning on my regular mattress, but this mattress seems to help me wake up happy and fresh! This seems to be a spring mattress. I have no complaints.
I read the reviews and took a chance on ordering it. I am 5'7", 165lbs, small waist & big hips. I bought the King. It's been a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier. Right from night one is was phenomenal waking without lower back pain. I feel like the top is just soft enough to allow my hips to sink down to where my spine is better aligned when I sleep on my side. I'm also a hot sleeper and love that I don't wake with a sweaty back.
Worst mattress EVER!!! It's like sleeping on of a bed of rocks. Thought it would be good because of the memory foam, but it sinks down and you are literally sleeping on the springs, it does not conform to your body at all. I returned it, thankfully my son was home and helped me get it back to the store, or I would have been stuck with a horrible mattress. DO NOT WASTE your time, money, and sleep. Your body will thank you for NOT buying this mattress. DEFINETLY NOT WORTH IT!!
