Secret Clinical Strength Soft Solid Antiperspirant Deodorant, Active Fresh, 1.6 Oz.

Extremely disappointed in the changes that have been made to the clinical strength line. I have been using Secret clinical strength powder protection for countless years. I noticed the packaging had changed and I was hoping it was just the packaging but apparently the formula and some "inactive" ingredients were changed. My armpits start feeling sticky about two hours after applying the deodorant and that was on a day of being indoors and pretty inactive. So frustrating!!! You had a great product, why change it?

It took me years to fins a deodorant that worked for me. I came across this one, and it keeps me dry. I sweat a lot when I am stressed, let along after going to the gym. My biggest issue is the applicator. The dial is sometimes hard to turn, or it just breaks all together, and then sometimes the top comes off!! This stuff is not cheap to buy, and is very wasteful when it breaks. Or, getting ready to apply it after the gym and before work....and it breaks!! I always seem to have to have a back up ugh

I'm a registered nurse working through a pandemic and finally found a deodorant that worked for me BUT now I can't find it in stores or it has soothing lavender in it. 2020 has truly been the year from hell, and now I'll smell horrible through the rest of it, thanks Secret

It's disappointing the you rebranded and discontinued a consumers favorite. Rebranding one word and transitioning a product to a higher price point line might have earned an employee kudos, but you are running the risk of losing customers and I find it to be down right deceptive and greedy. The only reason I purchased Secret was for the smooth solid and from the reviews I see that line was popular with others. The gels are sticky, burn and do not dry fast, solids are cakey and get embedded in clothing and harbors the body orders long after washing. Not all clothing can be washed in hot water!! I have tried the Clinical strength product out of desperation to find the ‘smooth solid' and in my opinion it did not work better than the Secret Outlast line, as the ‘Clinical' name would lead you to believe. It also was much more expensive for a much smaller product size. It is not worth the extra money. PS most people do not want to be associated with having body odor or sweat that requires a ‘clinical' label on their deodorant/ antiperspirant. I hope that other manufacturers figure out the value of the smooth solid and if it is on patent, it expires soon so consumers can get a good product at a reasonable market value. I also must say that I never write reviews but find this marketing scam so egregious I had to write this. Too bad you would have had a customer for life.
