Sensations 16pc Black Dinnerware Set

I bought 3 of these sets and I couldn't even complete one decent one after opening all three. First mug right out of the pack broken! All dishes showed scrapes, scratches and chips. There was lots of bubbles in the glazing. It was a pain to return cause Walmart's Easy Return reciept made things harder. Thank goodness we happened to shop at IKEA that same day and found a fabulous black set of dishes and the prices was better. I wouldn't get these and hold my breath if I was you. I tried to ignore the previous reviews, but it was a no go. And it wasn't FEDEX, they were just bad to begin with.

My daughter wanted black dinnerware-the plates had a few little flaws in them-but with 3 small children she expects to have more nicks in them-overall they looked nice and she was generally happy with them

The dishes are very nice to look at, but the glazing on the bottom is not completely finished. They did scratch the table and had to be sanded down. Also, one set of dishes was broke during shipping.

I ordered these dishes because they look beautiful online. HOWEVER...if you read the reviews before mine, they state how they were scratched upon receipt. Not only were mine scrached, but they were also CHIPPED!! These plates are only nice looking on the web site and I assure you that you will be disappointed when you acctually get them. Buy these if you want to waste some time.

The dishes looks good, somewhat trendy ( I got the black ones ), they were packaged very well, no damage from shipping etc., I unpacked them and put them into the dishwasher on the gentle / China cycle they were the only dishes in the entire D/W, when washing was complete, several were chipped, and scratched. I guess these won't be around for long......
