Sentry HO2.1 2.1 Surround Sound Headphone

you pay for what you get, a great big virtual stereo sound. I just loved it. you can't beat for the price you pay for in this headphone. I alway use Sentry Headphones.

everything about these headphones is good. a little tight for those with larger craniums :). the blue l.e.d. "on" light can get a little annoying especially if you're using them to watch movies in the dark. besides that they're amazing.

I bought these to replace my 2 year old Sony MDR-V300 headphones. The Sony's would cut in and out on the left side until only one side worked. The Sentry 2.1 headphones are excellent and far superior in sound quality to the Sony's for the same price. At first I thought there was too much bass, but then noticed the "3D" button on the left side. When this button is depressed it brings up the mid range for a more balanced sound. These are quite loud and I would not wear them with the volume all the way up. That said, another reviewer stated that these could be used as speakers and that's not true, but these do sound much better than my computer speakers when wearing them. These are also more comfortable to wear than the Sony's. The muff fits over my ear for better comfort and sound and the padding on the headband helps too. In my opinion these would cost $20 more if they were stamped with a more popular name... but then again people do like to spend money on names.

These headphones are dreat!! I got these and they played good right out of the box. They take 2 AAA batteries in the right hand speaker and the volume control is inline with the power button. The part of the headset that you put the batteries in is made of plastic, so you have to be REAL careful not to break it when you're taking it off to put the batteries in. You need to make sure the inline power button is turned off after you're done with them or it goes through batteries real quick. Other than those 2 things (which you can work with because of the cost) they're a great pair of hedphones. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The best headphones that I have I have several headphones all brands but this is the best, for the price and quality. Remember it is a electronic item, no a football helmet, we need take care of it.
