Serene Infinite Position Lift Chair by Windermere Motion/Mega-Motion Burgandy

This chair was for my husband who is a disabled Vet with numerous medical problems, especially with his back. We already had a very nice lift chair but wanted to get one that was a bit smaller. This one is PERFECT ! The material is very substantial and a beautiful color (we picked sage), it operates very easily and takes up less space than his other one. Plus this one has the battery back up which the old one does not. Shipping was very fast and the packaging was very sturdy so no damage could occur. We highly recommend this chair !

Chair was a great deal; excellent quality; lift motor is so quiet when being operated that it is not even heard in the room! Chair was purchased for my 87-yr-old father with dementia and general weakness in motor skills and it is a breeze for him to get out of it... he loves his lift chair! Shipped in only 4 days, delivered and carried into our den and took less than 5 minutes to have assembled... snap on back, plug in remote and power cord and relax!

This chair is one of the smaller lift recliners I've seen, the perfect size for a woman to be comfortable. The smaller footprint allows it to fit easily into existing room layout. the controls are simple and easy to use, large buttons for ease of operation. Handy side pockets make it convenient to store a magazine, book, or small supplies. The only drawback was in attaching the seat back to the base, the hardware does not not align properly. I will need to find a handyman to adjust the locking mechanism. With no manufacturer contact available (no phone, email box is full, no local outlet) I'm unhappy with lack of local service options.

I have to say this is a great chair for the price, it took about 20 minutes for my son to put this together. I bought this for my elderly mother who needs help getting out of the chair. We bought the one with heat and massage she really enjoys this feature. Differential in price between this and a big furniture store that had this type chair was twice the price. It was a little more of a challenge to put this together but it was a simple matter of plugging a couple of things in and placing the back of the chair onto the base. Well worth the savings of anywhere from $700.00 to $1000.00 dollars.

This is a great chair for my mother-in-law. We bought a different lift chair (almost the same cost) initially for the lift feature. It was uncomfortable, and the lift mechanism froze up often. Now the comfort, massage and separate motion for head and feet are more important. This chair also allows us to lower the head below the feet when needed. She loves it and talks about how comfortable it is. We love it because of the added features and battery back-up when there are power outages. So far no issues,
