Cleans and smells great. However, the container is difficult to hold on to due to the slick finish and no ridges to prevent slipping from your hand. Also, the top is very small and hard to pull open and close. Hopefully the container can be redesigned to improve using this product.

I was contemplating returning this product to the store as I could NOT with ALL my muscle, get this product open. As other toilet cleaners do, I though you open it by turning the cap. Well that was a mistake. I asked my husband to try pulling the top part which he finally got. I even had a hard time pushing it shut. I probably won't use this product again. Mainly due to the problems getting it open. Sorry.

I purchased two of product and both times the bottle cracked and I needed to remove the lid to pour it into the toilet bowl. That defeats the purpose. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

I love this product as it works great, leaves the bowl white and doesn't gag me when chemical fumes or fragrance.

Love the low odor and natural ingredients, but it seemed that I had to clean my toilet twice as often with this stuff than with more chemical based products. I was fine with that until the bottle split on me and spilled half of the bottle all over my toilet and bathroom floor. Will not purchase again. It also really bothers me that you have to pull the nozzle up to use it. It's the part that touches the rim of the toilet, I'd rather not touch it.
