Shake Weight Exercise Weight 2-1/2 Lb. Boxed, White

Even though this looks really stupid, it does work. I couldn't beleive how much you feel it in your arms even before the 6 mins are up. If you already do an arm workout you may want to try the mens shake weight because it heavier but for ppl new to exercise start with the womans one.

I am a 57 years old woman with health issues, leaving me unable to do much in the way of exercise. I tried this fitness product because it was inexpensive and didn't require much time. Although I have only had the shake weight a few weeks, I can already see some improvements in the strength and the looks of my upper arms and core. It was so easy to adjust to my workout level, takes very little time and It Works! I hope they realize existing customers are their best advertisement and add a variety of Routine Updates soon for those of us that become easily bored. love it!

I PURCHASED THIS TO HELP TONE MY ARMS AFTER LOOSING OVER 50 POUNDS, AND SO FAR IT HAS LIVED UP TO IT'S CLAIMS. I'VE ONLY HAD FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, BUT TIME WILL TELL IF IT ACTUALLY WORKS. IT SUGGEST USING 6 MINUTES PER DAY, BUT UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT ALL ALONG YOU WILL HAVE TO START OUT A LITTLE SLOWER AND WORK YOUR WAY TO 6 MINUTES, BUT I THINK IT'S WELL WORTH THE PURCHASE.

I have been using it for about a week now and it is great. Watching the DVD that comes with it also helps you to use it well. I usually feel the burn in my arms and my friends can see a little definition in my arms. Hope to see how it changes my appearance in a month.

the product is worth it, if you are looking to tone. may not be ideal for those in body building or expanding muscle mass. I warn you, this was the longest six mins of my life. I can feel the burn within the first min and I see some definition. I am on week 3 and even my "chest" muscles are coming back to life. The product is safe and durable (i banged it a few times). The key is consistency if you really want results. Hope this helps.
