I've been buying these for 6 months now and drinking them multiple days a week, but this last batch has had some consistency issues... I've had several with stringy and small “pieces”. I love them normally, but it's given me the ick!

It's a good amount protein expectantly for the calorie count, but it's far too thick and chalky. I usually end up drinking half then mixing what's left with more water to finish it.

I've been trying to find a good solid protein shake that is dairy free for some time. I used to be an athlete and now work from home so I need something that is versatile and easy to drink. This has been helping me keep my protein up while working back to back as a therapist. I add it to my coffee, smoothies, or drink it straight. It's on the thicker side, again which I like, and has been helping me stay on top of my nutrition goals.

The vanilla flavor in this is excellent... really has a very rich, smooth vanilla flavor. But it's the thickness of it that sells it. It's not a McDonald's shake type of thickness, but it has that substance... smooth, creamy with a heavier consistency that truly makes it filling.And best of all? Only 250 calories.

I've been enjoying Soylent complete meal and complete protein for years now. It's a game changer and a life saver. Always being on the go and not having time to cook most days, Soylent always steps up! Would for sure recommend to any avid gym goers or even just someone going from one job to the next. 10/10 would recommend.
