doesnt stay cool too too long. but i still like it. used it in the lab at work because got too hot.
Melted a hole in the side of it the first day
It performs as stated but I was disappointed in the short time it stayed cold enough for my needs. It is comfortable and easy to use. The heating mode was very acceptable.
Great for my stress which causes knots in my neck. Buying a second one to keep in the freezer so I can switch back-and-forth between hot and cold. It's also a great weight that feels comforting on my neck.
Thought this would be helpful but unfortunately it doesn't get as cold as I expected it too and is only helpful for a short period of time.
