My arms were sore from working out so when j first tried it I was amazed at how powerful this device is. I was only at the first speed level and it made my arms feel less sore.

The portable massager has 4 different speeds and 4 separate attachments to target the area where you need it the most. I like how the included manual tells you which attachment to use depending on the part of the body that needs massaging . I use the cone and the round attachment to massage the hard to reach pain under the pads of my feet. It takes away the pain and helps me sleep better at night.

It has 4 different speeds to choose from and the intensity also depends on the pressure applied while using; I love that feature! The different attachments were made to treat different areas of the body, so you can use it anywhere, and it's all so compact, so you can also take it with you to use elsewhere, if necessary.
