But It works well and throws off good heat. Great size it's a medium size perfect for small to medium sized room maybe even large room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say this thing gives off a decent amount of heat for it's size. I am so far not disappointed. I like how it has a special feature that if knocked over it turns off. My only major issue is that I wish it used a remote. It would be a lot more user friendly if it had this feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to keep the bedroom toasty at night and it does its job wonderfully. The room size is roughly 15x20 feet. It heats up immediately, but it's not a fiery blast, more like the heat you'd expect coming from the vents of your standard house furnace. It takes about 10-15 minutes to start feeling the difference in the room and the built-in thermostat kicks it on/off automatically when it gets 3-4degrees above/below the set temp. I like that it oscillates as well so the heat isn't only channeled in one direction. On a side note I've noticed it will keep oscillating even if the heat isn't actively running so its not tied directly to the fan motor. The tip-over protection is a switch plate on the bottom of the unit and it will turn off if you lift it more than a couple inches. The "cool-touch" exterior is also good. I can grab it immediately after turning it off with no problems. Also, if you hit the power button while the heater is running it will blast the fan for 8 seconds before it shuts off completely to cool it faster. I haven't tried to cover it to force it to do a overheat turn-off (because I have common-sense) so I can't comment there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharper Image Rise 20H Tower Heater. Have it to heat the bathroom during winter's chill time, works great for this purpose. The tower is slim and an easy fit. there are three options for the fan, the options change the amount of heat that is put out, not the speed of the fan. The machine is noisy (fan?). Shuts off at the slightest imbalance, which is a plus for a house with pets and kids.
