SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Comforting Milk Mask Sulfate-Free, 4oz

This product burned my daughter's face. She is extremely red, swollen and in pain. After her reaction I googled this product and saw tons of horrible reviews of people getting burned.

I don't have very sensitive skin at all. This gave me a chemical burn and I had it on for less than 5 minutes. I don't know what is going on in this formulation but this is far from hydrating. If you want a chemical burn then this will work great for you. The burn lasted for about an hour after applying the product and required a lot of moisturizer to calm down. Please recall this product. By far the worst product I've ever put on my face. Shea Moisture I'm losing faith if you put out such a horrible product.

I do not have sensitive skin typically. However, I had this mask on for not even five minutes and I had the worst tingly/burning sensation. I washed it off and my entire face was red wherever I had applied the mask. This product is awful and is anything but comforting. Stay far away from this. It took hours for the redness to go away.

Looks like just everyone else I used this mask and got a severe face irritation with redness and burning. I started googling this mask reviews and found out I am not the only one and it is the most common reaction! And my skin is not sensitive at all! Why is this product still on the market, ShearMoisture?

This is my first review of a product ever. I have to write this because of how terrible the product is. My face is on fire and red. Looks like a horrible sunburn. This should be taken off the market. I've never had a reaction to a product like this before.
