Silk Shelf-Stable Soy Nog, 1 Quart

I think silk nog is delicious! No its not thick like EGG nog , and No I don't think it taste like EGG nog , but then again it is NOT egg nog.. It's SILK NOG ,and a wonderful alternative for those whom can't have dairy/ or prefer alternatives to dairy! I tried the original because its the only one my store had at the time, and it had a vanilla-ish taste to me..yum! I just wish my store had ALL the flavors, and that this was a year round product!I could also see baking with silk nog too but that's just me! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I absolutely loved the Silk Nog Original! I've been trying to find recipes for baked goods to share at holiday parties. I replaced typical eggnog with Silk Nog and the recipes still turned out amazing and creamy! I used the Silk Nog in a cupcake recipe, both in the cake part itself and in the frosting. The result was delicious and amazing and I had so much frosting left over, I've saved it! Definitely will continue to buy this holiday season [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Me and my son finally tried the silk big and it was great! I never tried silk before and was a little nervous but it tasted like regular egg big and my son was a huge fan too! We will have to try this again! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I think that this egg nog is so good and really would recommend this to everybody!! I absolutely loved this and I told my friends and family to give it a try and they also just as much as me. When I was first asked if I wanted to join this campaign I was kind of hesitant about it since almond or soy milk is something I'm not really into but I decided to give it a try since I do like eggnog. I really wanted to try the almond nog unfortunately that wasn't available when I went to buy it which to me is a good sign meaning people like it. Maybe I will try that one next time. So I went ahead and got the Silk Nog Original and let me tell you I was not disappointed. First off the ingredients are pretty basic and less than 10 which I love, no artificial flavors or colors .The color seems to be just about right and it had a very good sweet smell. Now when I poured it was a little more watery than eggnog but I mean it's not eggnog so obviously it's not going to be same. For the taste, it was good, it tasted sweet. It kind of reminded me of the eggnog shakes some fast food places offer. Poured some for my husband and he thought it tasted like horchata. Poured a little for my 3 year old and she loved it. Overall, I think Silk Nog Original was good, it will satisfy your eggnog craving, even though it's not really eggnog. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
