Does the job, but I weight 300 pounds and I can feel it flex about 1 inch when I step in the middle, and I worry it might buckle and collapse someday. I think I might screw a 2x4 under the middle to be safe. If they were to add a support foot in the middle I would pay another $20.

was installed this on new construction home in garage due to drop down floor. worked great very sturdy. only trouble we had was bolting it to wall there isn't much room to get access under it so we could only put bolts near outside edges of ramp. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Product is good the only problem is that it needs someway to keep it from sliding away from door other than the access holes for screwing it to the floor. I suggest ears or or something to be able to attach ramp to building [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
