These ramps were just the thing to get my daughter Elizabeth in and out of my Aunt's 168 year old farmhouse. The ramps allowed me to use the 3 large stone slab steps as I pushed my daughter up to the porch. And the best part is they are light and small enough to store so that I was able to leave them at the farm for our next visit. They were affordable and the perfect solution. Thank you.
I am using these ramps for my Ram Promaster side door to unload my wheeled cart full of large art pieces when I do art shows. Since I set up by myself, I wanted ramps that were easily folded for storage in the van and not too heavy or cumbersome to use. These are light to handle but sturdy when in use.
I purchased 5-1/2' - 10' L Silver Spring Aluminum Telescoping Wheelchair Track Ramps in order to bring my husband from the rehab. The ramps were easy to assemble. it was not so easy to deliver him home , because we have 6 steps ladder. extension for 10' was just right for 6 steps. So fair my husband is heavy it was no ather way to bring him
If I can get a picture attached to this, you'll see how these ramps worked for me right out of the box! I have to move subbies (subwoofers) that weigh 80-125 lbs each, in/out of my suburban, for each gig, in fact, four times per gig, 35 gigs a year, that's 280 lifts that I don't need to make. Plus at times (like pic shows) I have to go from the truck to a few stairs (not easy with hand truck) so these babies are the answer to my back strain & longer DJ life! PS: to the techie who talked me into the 5-10' version: you were so so right, mi amigo!
I actually purchased this ramp inorder to push our heavy buffer up a 5 step stairwell in our church. It was light weight, adjustable and affordable. BUT BECAUSE THE CENTER RAILS WERE TOO HIGH.....I HAD TO IMPROVISE! SO..... TURNED THE RAMP OVER AND USED THE FLAT BACK SIDE OF THE RAMP. WE USE A MEMORY FOAM BATH MAT AT END TO PROTECT FLOOR AND IT WORKS LIKE A DREAM. THAT'S HOW A WOMAN IMPROVISES GUYS....LOL....PAM
