I am getting ready to have weight loss surgery. I now know I won't mind drinking this. It has a very good flavor. There is different things you can use to mix this with. I use 2% milk. I haven't tried it yet but I bet it will be good to use fruit and make it like a smoothie. It is a big scoop you use of the mix, so I mix it with a blender or my Bullet mixer. I would highly recommend this protein drink.

I received this product free for my honest review. I'm a protein powder junkie. I love whey protein. I have tried a bunch in my time. This product does not have that chalky kind of taste and the chocolate flavor, probably one of the best I've tasted. I put this in my NutriBullet with Silk Soy milk and ice cubes with milled flax seed, blast it, then pop in a straw and enjoy the delicious chocolate "shake" flavor. It is the first that has reminded me of an actual chocolate milkshake rather than a chocolate "chalk" shake. No aftertaste and a night protein content. I highly recommend this whey protein powder. DELISH!!!

this is a great tasting product, certainly better than others i've tried, its also very filling, its all i have for breakfast, this two pound container will easily last a month or more, two scoops mixed in with eight to twelve ounces of milk makes a thick creamy drink, it did'nt affect my blood sugar levels unlike typical chocolate milk mixs do, even though it tasted almost as sweet, i might have to try making hot chocolate with it, i've been using it for five days now, highly recommend this product

I used a different brand of protein powder years ago and not sure why I stopped. I mixed this brand in various ways to achieve the best results. Day 1, I mixed with 8 oz of low fat soymilk in a cup and it was delicious. Day 2, I gradually added the powder with the soymilk in the blender until completely dissolved, added frozen bananas and raspberries for an extra benefit and the frozen fruit replaced the need for ice cubes. I loved it! The mix was smoother this way and again my day was *amazing. The third day I went with convenience for the days I don't want to start up the blender, so I mixed it the same as day 1 and was full of energy all day. I feel better than I have in years. I've been dancing around and moving better. I even stopped once to acknowledge that it had to be the protein powder. Day 4, I blended in more frozen fruit varieties with kale, chia and flax seeds for a complete breakfast shake. Either way you mix it up, you're going to love it. *Although this product is not recommended for weight loss, I have lost about 3 lbs this week from the increased energy and movement.

This protein powder has a rich chocolate taste. I have tried other brands but this one just tastes better. Also, the texture is not grainy which makes is more satisfying. A measuring scoop is included in the plastic tub for convenience. I am a woman and I use this product as a protein supplement and also as a filling nutritious snack. I do work out and also find it helpful for maintaining a healthy weight. Protein is often used in weight loss as it holds off hunger. This product can be mixed, shaken or blended. I like to mix it with almond milk to make a chocolate shake. It makes for a delicious afternoon snack. It can also be added in cooking or baking. This product cost considerably less than other brands but I find the ingredients very comparable.
