Very easy to install, even for a dad. My son falls asleep quickly, and even when he is awake he seems to be very comfortable in it. His old car seat I am guessing was uncomfortable because he would always cry in it. The only downer is I cant carry the car seat with him in it like his infant seat so he stays sleeping, but hey parents gotta do what parents gotta do. Great Product.

Purchased this car seat to fly and for second vehicle. Lots of space and fit perfectly in airplane seats - though it was somewhat challenging to fit the airplane seatbelt buckle through the forward-facing attachment holes. Great fit in back seat of Saturn and Kia sedans (smaller cars) with enough room on either side for two adult passengers. Great fit, too, in SUVs and larger sedans. It is heavy, and I would not fly without using the Go-Go Kids travel wheelie (another product sold by another manufacturer that attaches to a car seat and makes it a stroller - exceptional!). Would not recommend for rear-facing as it was cumbersome (and impossible in some instances) for us to secure tightly.

This is the best looking, easy to install carseat I have ever bought! I wish I had known about it with my oldest 3! My 4 yr old LOVES his big boy seat! Absolutely worth the money, especially when its comes to safety!

I researched for weeks before choosing a carseat. The Radian80 met every single one of my expectations and more. I had narrowed down my choices to 5 carseats and tried him in all the others. Each of those were ruled out for various reasons. I was worried I would hate this carseat, too and fretted over purchasing it just in case I didn't like it. Luckily, WalMart has a great return policy and I didn't need to worry about loosing any money if I didn't want the carseat after all. Turns out, I had nothing to worry about... I LOVE this carseat!!! And so does my 10 month old son. I travel a lot and I am very excited to travel with this folding carseat. It seems like it will be so much easier to haul around than the other bulky ones we looked at. It is a bit heavy, but that's just because of the steel it's made of. Which makes it safer for my son. The only downfall I can see some people having is the rear facing mode is a bit tall. If I were not short, it would not fit behind me in my Honda Civic. Though, I can not see any larger cars having this problem, unless you were really tall and had to have your front seats back as far as they can go. I am so excited to have this carseat and I can't wait for my son to use it until he's out of carseats and boosters all together! I will deffinatley be getting another for all of my future children.

This product exceeded my expectations for quality and my 8 month old loves it. We had a different car seat and she could not get comfortable in it. Her head would lean forward, she leans back and is just happier in this car seat.
