Skechers Relaxed Fit Reggae Fest Enjoy Slip-On (Women's)

I have had to make 2 returns to find the size that fits my feet. Ordinarily I wear a size 8W. Both an 8W and a 7.5W were too big. Waiting on the replacement size 7 to see how it works. I'm anxious to wear them as the ones I've tried on are stylish and feel very comfy

I wanted some comfortable shoes in a wide width that were slip on and supportive enough to take my dog for short walks. I own several pairs of Skechers and love their fit and durability. But something is very off with the sizing of these shoes. I ordered a 9w which is what all my other Skechers are, but these were HUGE. The width was fine and I knew I'd love them if I could get the right size. So I shipped them back and ordered an 8w. Those fit perfectly. I would give these 5 stars but for the fit issue and the fact I had to pay to return the first pair.

The Relaxed Fit in size 10 feels more like a size 11. I was hoping for a *little* more room in the toe box, but the entire shoe is just too big. I returned it and ordered a different style, which is slightly too tight in the toe box but at least it doesn't fall off my foot.

I have three models of Go Walks and Go Walk 5 - all the same size In Wide, as are three other Skechers I'm delighted with. The Reggae Fest were like gunboats - too long and too wide - couldn't walk in them. Sent them back for /12 size shorter but not sure even that ½ size will do. Waiting for my delivery of them.

I was not able to take these on my trip to Disney as they were too loose in the heel and a bit long. I can't remember if I tried the next 1/2 size up but I do need to exhange them for a smaller size. I have wide feet with a narrower heel. I do not know if I should get the regular width this time or the wide again but a half size smaller. Nothing negative to say about the shoes, just that the tie tennis shoes I also got probably fit better partly because you can tie them looser or tighter. These are slip ons.
