No happy with my new work shoes. They feel hard on my feet and loose at the back heel with slipping up and down on walking. My feet also feel cold.

I bought these & another pair as work shoes, so I could change them over, these are very tight, even though they are my size, the insole is very hard, I had sore feet at the end of my work day. Not happy.

I previously had these shoes for 2-3 years. Needed new ones. One shoe came with crease marks in it already as if they'd been worn and they're giving me very sore feet.
