SKLZ Quickster Baseball & Softball Portable Hitting Net 5x5 ft, Removable Target

I used this net for a year or so and then stored it for a year. When I pulled it back out, all the straps on the strike zone net snapped and the main net’s upper connector straps that hold the connecting pins snapped. I used 550 cord to affix the main net, but the stike zone net is worthless. I would think the straps would be a bit more durable.

I really like how easy it is to set up and get going. But on the 3rd time setting it up the plastic on the bottom corner broke. Now I have to see if I still have the receipt, bought it on Black Friday and it is just now softball weather so we just began using it for the team. Probably should have read the reviews before purchasing.

We bought this net for my 12 year old to practice at home and it was a waste of $. This is not a good net for getting "reps in" as it states. The ball bounces back at you after it hits the back of the net. I would not waste money on this product. It's bordering on dangerous-depending on how hard you hit it. Cleary they have created an actual baseball net with the hole to collect the balls for a reason! I'd go with that one.

Base brackets are very under engineered. Only use indoors, the plastic will break in colder temps. Broke at a baseball tourney during warmups, embarassing for SKLZ I would imagine. Balls do roll back out the front pretty easily. It is easy to setup and very portable, liked that part a lot. Just very disappointed in it's durability.

Love the net and used by both of my teenage boys who play travel baseball. However the durable has been an issue. The connectors made of plastic have cracked and the net is not usable. Looked on line for replacement part for the quickster 7x7 and not sure whats on the website fits this model. Would love someone form CS to contact me about options
