Very, very good! Tender and sweet. Fried it up with a little oil and salt%26pepper and it was just perfect! I'm cooks very fast to keep it tender. So delicious and satisfying im going to buy some more!

The packaging is deceiving it looks like the liver is in 4 slices. After opening it there's multiple pieces not 1 full slice. I was disappointed but the overall product was very good. Labeling should state multiple pieces.
