Sent wrong pillow

I personally didnt like it because it was so hard. I like the softer pillows. that doesnt mean that it isnt good for those who like extra firm. I had purchased this brand (not exact pillow) 8 years ago at bjs and I still have them. they dont lose shape and I just replaced the zipper cover as it needed to be changed. wish they made the same in a king size as I would have loved it but dont know where to find it.

The product size of 23 x 17 x 5 is not what we received. The pillow we received states it is 22 X 16, does not even give a width. It looks like the pillow shrunk when put in a standard size pillow case. Even Sleep Innovations states the pillow is 23 X 17 X 5. I was hoping to replace Sleep Innovation pillow we already had. I measured it and it was 23 X 17 X5. Very disappointed. I will be sending it back.

The pillow has a chemical like smell to it. I am trying to figure out how to send it back. The smell was so strong I had to set the pillow in another room. Its' really disappointing because the foam felt nice. If they can fix that, the pillow would be perfect.

This pillow is not too soft and not too firm. It's not too hot and not to cold - it's just right! I bought this pillow because I previously bought the Sleep Innovations memory foam mattress from Sam's Club and I was very pleased with the quality. This pillow is no different. It is well made and very comfortable. This pillow (king size) provides just the right amount of firmness to support my head and upper torso. I'm a side sleeper so I use it to "wedge" between my upper body and head with the bed.. The support is so good that I find I can fall and stay asleep quite easily and that I don't wake up with shoulder pain from my body having to support my weight. The cooling gel helps keep me asleep because I don't wake up because I feel like I'm in a sauna; which is a problem with memory foam mattresses and pillows without the cooling gel. When sitting up in bed, I use it as a back support against the headboard and it gives the perfect level of support there, too. If I'm working on my laptop, just watching TV or even (occasionally) playing an Xbox game, I've found that I can go much longer because I'm so comfortable. Though, I'm not sure if this is a good thing because now it cuts into my sleep time as I can play/work longer and this is something I normally do prior to going to sleep! I lost sleep before because my pillow was uncomfortable, so I guess i if you're going to lose sleep being productive or entertained, at least be comfortable doing so!
