i do not recommend this item for people whose eyes come open when they sleep. the padding around the edges of the mask is so thick, that it will touch your eyeball and wick the moisture away. if you suffer from dry eyes due to them not staying closed, do not use this mask.

I use this sleep mask every nite when I go to bed. It blocks out 100% of the light and the recessed eye wells come in handy. My lashes aren't constantly hitting the mask. I bought 2; 1 each for the hubster %26 me. He chose not to use his, says its uncomfortable to wear. The adjustable elastic band fits around my head nicely; not a discomfort to me. The mask stays in place but isn't restrictive in any way.

I really love these eye masks. They are compressive but not too much that it'll give you a headache. The material is very soft and it feels gel like on the inside. I love that I can open my eyes while wearing it and I cannot see light at all. It is completely light blocking. Really helps me fall asleep quicker.

I liked that this was not too big and therefore did not make we sweat wearing it. Very easily adjustable to my size and the adjustment band did not cover my ears: above the ears, so it was very comfortable. Soft and completely kept out the light. I'm sleeping better now, especially in the morning when the light would usually wake me up.

These sleep masks are excellent quality. The adjustable strap is super convenient, if the mask becomes loose just tighten it up. So soft and 100% definitely keeps the light out. the most comfortable masks I've ever worn. Trust me I've tried quite a number. Very happy customer. 5 stars!
