I'm a diabetic, I drink this once and sometimes twice a day. It taste great as long as you mix it in blender or shaker. I dont feel Hungary until about 6 hours after drinking a shake.

I wish I could claim that I've lost weight while drinking these delicious meal replacement shakes, but I just couldn't replace two meals no matter how hard I tried. However, I am happy to report that I haven't gained any weight either. I think in order for me to be successful, I'm going to need to buy another canister and some of the Slim Fast snacks and eat more fresh produce, if I want to lose weight. I am already craving my chocolate milkshake for tomorrow's lunch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Rich chocolate flavor this has, It has a thick consistenty which keeps you full and it really does! I have a shake after a good breakfast and im not hungary til dinner time. This really helps with weight management.

One of the best tasting high protein powders out there. I replace my lunch every day with this. I mix mine with nonfat yogurt and fresh fruit to make it thicker and last longer. You will need a shaker cup or a blender because the top will be bubbly and powdery if you stir it with a spoon. I have been doing shakes for 3 weeks now. I really like the vanilla flavor.Tastes great easy to blend. It tastes amazing and is so sweet I still cant believe it is for weight loss. Very happy with this product. I recommend this shake to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the SlimFast Diabetic Weight Loss Shake Mix in Vanilla flavoring because it didn't taste chalky! I struggled with finding an additive that gave me the urge-curbing I needed to manage my weight without the yucky flavor that some powders have had. SlimFast Vanilla Milkshake powder solved the problem. I got the flavor and appetite suppression without worrying about the spikes in my blood sugars that other "diet drinks" have caused. I found that using it before my daily walk/workout gave me energy with out a sugar crash and I noticed I was still full even after excercise. Really impressed and will continue to use this.
