SlimFast is a quality brand and this is another example of their good products. There is no flavor with this and it works well in hot drinks. Not so great in cold drinks unless mixing it in a smoothie. I would recommend this product.

I would prefer an MCT oil with a more diverse variety of medium chain triglycerides. It would also be improved if it were organic. I feel like this is great brain food for me and baby.

It's for those who want to accomplish ketosis, as it's an oil that you can use when making food and eating. So I would recommend this more for those who know how to use this. If you do, great! But as I've never used a product like this, I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it again.
