I actually just recently found this hidden gem @ the Dollar Tree believe it or not. They had about 5 boxes left on their shelf in North Olmsted Ohio, (every dollar tree has different stock of surprises), and I happened to grab 3 boxes! Knowing they may never get these ever again knowing I usually don't see these @Dollar Tree and these retail @Walmart 10-11 dollars a box. I am impressed by how good these taste with very little carbs and protein and 3g of fiber to help the gut of course. My theory is to lose the air weight that I have obtained since after having 2 children and feel as if I couldn't lose it all and these are actually a great alternative to chips and the other crap we tend to snack on especially at work! :) I also just recently saw an episode on HSN or QVC advertising these but I think a different brand and for 30 they want $21.95. So I was definatley the deal shopper since these are becoming more seen and advertised in different ways that most of us didn't realize. Hope you love my review and please give it a like! Ronda ;)

Unfortunately, the shake made me sick. I could barely stomach the second lunch shake. Had nasseua until bedtime. Maybe the regular formula is better but the keto one made me sick ...

It's fine plan and if you stick to it, you WILL lose weight. It's also cost effective! And I enjoyed the taste of all the snacks and shakes. However, I found myself being too hungry when it was my time for the “sensible” meal and my sensible meal probably equaled 3 sensible meals. Lol. Therefore, I failed and didn't lose any weight.

It was terrible! All ready made were awful! I am very disappointed! All very old, stale product!

I had lost from 169 to 113 in the late 80s and early 90s. I think I remember losing from 169 to 140 then stopping then from 140 to 127 and stopping then from 127 to 117 and stopping and finally down to 113. It took me about 4 years and sometimes I did not do it right as directed when I was doing it. Never tried it again but have used many other diet plans. Now that my weight has crept back up to 140 at age 66 I am going back to my trusty Slim Fast because it seems that it is now even better low carb and keto combined. We'll see. Starting tomorrow, Monday, May 17, 2021.
