The tech was very professional and understood the nature of the job and came with his own equipment to do the job. The tech also made sure that i was able to get the camera where I wanted and provided suggestions based on the best way to get the usage of the cameras

It was a very unpleasant experience for me. Not only did I have to remind him to wear a mask but he wasn't social distancing when I opened the door. He asked me to provide a step stool. When he asked to handle my phone I had to provide him with gloves because he had none. There were several exchanges throughout the service. that escalated the tge unpleasantness of the situation. They are too numerous to mention. His behavior made me uncomfortable. He offered me no instructions on the operation of the device and seemed annoyed when I wanted to go over how to use it after it was installed. I signed his device and he turned and walked away without saying a word. I will say that his behavior made me act annoyed at him but it was a reaction to his attitude. He was rude and I highly. Said he did not work for Arlo and was an independent technician. Simply put he was rude and I couldn't wait until he left my home.

He didn't waste any time and stayed right on task so he was finished quickly. When he was finished with the install he took the time to go over the features with me and show me the capabilities. He was knowledgeable and polite and told me if I had any problems that HelloTech was very good about assisting. He left a good impression of HelloTech.

Nico was great. However the reason we hired HelloTech was not accomplished. This was the second time we hired HelloTech to install our home security system. Both times the job did not get done. I expected the first team to report to Nico what needed to get done. He did not have their insight on what needed to get done. He tried hard but left without the system working
