Our tech was really friendly and polite but not at all knowledgable on any of the issues we were having. We were charged for things that are not really fixed and are going to have to pay someone else to really "fix" our issues and not bandaid them. Example, we had a nest thermostat setup as one of our tasks. If you simply read the first few lines of the directions you will learn that it needs to charge for a while before install or it won't work - after 2+ hours of him trying to do it - we just read the directions and got it figured out.

Was an utter disaster with the tech not qualified. He did damage to our system and as per instructions from Google/Nest we had to undo all of the installation and reinstall our old system. They told us to call a qualified Nest Pro in the future and have arranged for a qualified professional from a better company to come tomorrow.

Wisdom was very knowledgable about the Nest thermostat AND the HVAC system. I was concerned when I selected your service that tech wouldnt understand HVAC system and its wiring but Wisdom checked my wiring and corrected it. He set up app on my phone and showed me how to use it. I was very happy with his service and will highly recommend it. You have a great technician in Wisdom.

Brandon was awesome! He ran into several roadblocks and worked hard to fix them and make sure everything was up and running the way it should. He is also super personable and kind. You guys have a stellar employee that we would be lucky to have back for future needs! Great service - we are really impressed!
