I love that I can easily control the door through my phone at any time to let the dog out. Extremely convenient! Installation was very straight forward, and went smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that it is weatherproof and seals so well. It is extremely well made and functions even better than I hoped! Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dog door is such a time saver!!! One of the worst parts of owning pets is having to bring them outside constantly!!! Where has this been all my life!!? I don't want my cats coming inside my house, so I've never been able to have a dog door. This is so cool because you can either use the dogs microchip OR just use the pet door "key" on their normal collar. The other thing that's so unique about this is the fact that you can use your app to control the dog door when you're not home! You can also get notified when they go in or out & set a schedule to lock/unlock the door. I feel like Petsafe has thought of everything with this product. They include videos to train your dogs how to use a dog door, but I have never had a problem with this. They might be a little nervous at first to push the flap, but once they get the hang of it, they'll be flying through full speed ahead!! Although I do feel the price of this dog door is quite high.... the features it has save so much time and hassle, by allowing pets to go outside on their own and keeping other animals out. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't very keen on installing a pet door to let our dogs out into our fenced yard. I don't like the idea of having an easy access into my home. But this door was intriguing to secure the flap and only allow our dogs to use it. My big dog (60 lbs) is easier to train and we start with her to use the door. the little dog (25 lbs) is afraid of it, but after watching his sister use it he should be fine with it. I do need to purchase an extra key for his collar then. Really cool product, looks good, works very well. We had a super storm a few days ago with horizontal rain. my porch was soaked, but no water came in through the door! I felt comfortable installing it in my wooden door. A great doggy door!

I can set schedules and open it remotely from the app which is great for when I'm not at home or busy and the dogs want to go out. It's big enough for my biggest dog and feels pretty secure when it's locked. Installation was pretty simple since I already had an older pet door, but it would be easy enough for most people to install with a little work. I have used Pet Safe doors for years but this one is by far the best I have had. Would highly recommend it to anyone with dogs that is busy and looking for a way to let the dogs out when they're not home.
