Smoke Hollow 30” Electric Smoker with Window

Great smoker , wish it would get a little hotter, just need to cook a little longer. Great for a beginner

I bought this a few months ago and was a little worried it wasn't going to be able to work as often as I needed it to. But it worked great until the digital control went out and after sitting on hold several different times to see if I could get it replaced gave up.

Bad item...1st try and leaked from all sides, bottom...it did the job, held the temp up, the beef roast and the brats cooked and tasted delicious, no problems, but don't know why was dripping non stop. We returned it right the way. Easy return,My husband is debating on getting another and try it again...maybe we just got a "bad"one.

Just what we were looking for in a smoker, all the features without the expense!!!!

I purchased this smoker for Christmas and smoked a brisket. The next time I went to use it the digital controller was faulty. I called and they sent out a replacement ASAP. Then I used it another time and it worked great. This morning I went to turn it on and bam the controller isn't working again. I would hate to have to send the controller back every other time I used it. Hopefully SAMs will take it back.
