Smoker Assembly Services

This is a junk! They don't put the stuff together and will only send you a video on how to put it together! Complete waste of money and won't refund it either!

I paid for a smoker/grill to be assembled. When the young man got here, he was in such a hurry that he scratched the top all over it and left wires hanging out, which could have started a fire. He told me that he was in a hurry to get home to his wife and kids, and left,not carrying if he finished the job or not. I did not get what I paid for! This has taught me a valuable lesson.

I purchased the grill to include assembly, I never received a call to set up a time for assembly and I was not given a contact number to reach out to anyone for the assembly, end result I paid for assembly and assembled it myself so my husband could have it completed for his birthday, I'm out the cost for assembly so lesson learned I'll never pay for assembly

The assembly he was prompted and communicated well with me and answered all my questions and showed his self to be very nice, friendly, and prompt about business showed his self to be very business oriented. He finished the job in the exact time that was allowed and did an excellent job in assembling the grill ..This job was a 10 out of 10 rating

So, the assembly was done very well, two great people came out to assemble it - no complaints at all about them! However, it would have been nice to KNOW in ADVANCE that someone would show-up at my address to assemble the product! I was never informed it worked this way, never asked about preferences on DATE AND TIME by Walmart or anyone for that matter! The assemblers just showed up out of the blue %26 luckily I was at home! So, thanks Walmart for not having this information ANYWHERE in the description when purchasing "assembly". I guess the consumer is just supposed to think "Hmmm, I bet someone will just "appear" %26 assemble my product I don't know when but they will come!"
