Purchased this smoker about 18 months ago from Sams. Within about six months of use, the seal on the water tray drawer warped, I was unable to keep the smoker up to temp due to the heat escaping from the gaps. I call and customer service and they sent me a replacement part. Now less than a year later the drawer and the main door seal is falling off causing the same problem. Don't know if they have updated their product to correct these issues.
