Design fail. In order to work well It needs to be low and slightly longer. It's so high, it bends or goes above the snow and doesn"t push it off the roof of my SUV. Maybe it will work if you don't get a lot of snow. The retractable handle didn't collapse that was a plus. I'm too lazy to return probably use it to clear off parts of my decks I guess. Used a compatible mop handle to repair my old snow rake that I bought from a care dealership, works like a charm.
