Sof Comfort Lightweight Foam Sport Insole, Men's Size 7-13, Trim-to-Fit

As the title says it's better than any of the gel types no matter the brand. I recommend this for everyone day to day and “light” standing at work. For work shifts 10hrs to 12 hrs daily I'd recommend the “Work” ones the are like these. Don't bother with the gel inserts or the 3/4 inserts. Get these or the Work ones of these

Don't follow the size on the bottom of these insoles as it will likely be too small. I cut mine for size 9 and once inside the shoe there was roughly a half inch that was missing and some of the toes were hanging off. I did not have the insole from this shoe since they were glued in but made of memory foam that wore out prematurely. If you own sketchers you may know what I am talking about. However I should have removed the soles from another shoe to measure these up with. I threw these away so don't know how well they would have been but from what I did try the heel part seemed to be up kind of high and front was kind of low. As you wear them in they will probably be fine. Also did not like the side support going up to the front of the foot. I since bought the Dr Schols inserts and like them a lot.

These are absolutely amazing. The shock absorbing foam/gel will not wear down and flatten out like other MORE EXPENSIVE insoles I've tried. I'm almost 400lbs so trust me when I say that their durability and comfort is something to be praised considering the punishment I put them through. They last me the full lifetime of my $65 shoes.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My dad is using these in his work boots and he says they are great. They have perfect support for walking a lot and standing for a good portion of the day. The sticky gel bits help keep them in place as sell so they aren't sliding around inside your shoes.

I let my husband test these and he was pleased with the comfort and softness of the insoles. He tried both during a weekend walk and during his run but he mentioned that it felt odd running with these inside his usual running shoes. He is going to keep using them with his walking shoes for added padding and comfort. Attached picture shows the gel padding on the heels which are a bit rased compared to the front of the insoles.
