I wish these would fit into all of my shoes because when I wear these inserts I am not dying in pain by the end of the day. My back and feet usually always hurt me badly by the end of the day, but these really help and make a huge difference. I work with small children getting up and down all day and I am on my feet for hours, so if relief is what you seek, this is the answer. I love that they are one size fits all. You can cut the inserts to fit your shoe size in your already owned shoes. Received from Spark Review This women's insole is a cushion gel. The package states it will fit size 5-10. The insole is made to be cut to size. The insole is not very thick so it should be okay to be used as a liner in your shoe. For my running shoe I remove the liner that comes with the shoe and use this one. It is okay, soft and feels good when I run. The picture will show the upside/downside of the insole.

I love the way it feels, but I work for 8 hours and it don't hold up. My feets still hurts but not as much as it use to. They are good to wear but not for a long time. Maybe going for a walk or exercise. They are soft and feel so good when you step into the shoes. I will recommend this product to everyone who will like to have a comfortable walk or exercise.
